Working with Templates
In Input, you can export and import your entire form’s settings and blocks to a file. This allows for several use cases, like:
Copying a form to a new form
Share your form with other accounts or users
Backing up your form settings for later usage or reference
Importing forms from our Template Collection
How does it work?
Once you have created a form, you can export it anytime. The export will consider the form’s current state, including all its blocks (structure) and some settings.
The export does not include collected data or results in any form
To trigger an export, open your form in the editor, and go to Settings > Template Export / Import.

It is as simple as clicking on download to get the export of your form. Clicking this button will start a download of a .json file. This file can then be imported on a new form or any other form you have in your account.
Be aware that importing a template into an existing form will overwrite all settings of that form. This is a destructive action, so there is no way to revert the import.
